Wedding days run Friday to Sunday and start early — the calendar opens at 6 am. Weekdays are for trials, classes and consultations. There are no same-day appointments; tell her the date, the party size and where you will be getting ready in the note.

What you're signing.

The terms are the same ones on her booking page — here before you book, not after. The contract itself comes by email once the date is yours.

  1. The date is held by contract

    Dates are first come, first served. Yours is officially locked in once the signed bridal contract is returned and the non-refundable retainer is paid.

  2. The deposit is 25% of the total

    Paid by Venmo or Zelle to secure your appointment time. It comes off the cost of your service, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  3. Cancellations: 24 hours

    Cancel up to 24 hours before and nothing is charged. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the scheduled service applies. There are no same-day appointments.

  4. Travel is quoted, not guessed

    Travel fees apply outside Dallas–Fort Worth. More than 20 miles out, email first and the travel is quoted in writing before anything is signed.
