Prices and payment
Prices shown on this website are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed separately.
Forming an agreement
An agreement is made once we have confirmed your enquiry, booking or order in writing (for example by email).
Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain distance purchases within a cooling-off period under applicable consumer law. Some services — such as a booked appointment already under way with your consent — may be exempt. Any specific conditions are confirmed when the agreement is made.
Complaints
If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work to put it right. Statutory rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where caused by gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the business operates, and any dispute is handled by the competent local courts.
