7 Days Before: The Final Glow-Up
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink plenty of water this week. Your skin will thank you with a natural, dewy glow, perfect for your bridal makeup services.
No New Products: Avoid trying new skincare, facials, or intense chemical peels this week to prevent any last-minute reactions that could interfere with your wedding beauty.
Gentle Exfoliation: Use a gentle exfoliator 2–3 days before to ensure a smooth canvas for your makeup.
Confirm the Schedule: Make sure your bridal party knows their 'Chair Time.' (I’ll provide your custom timeline!)
The Night Before: Prep for Success
Clean Hair is Happy Hair: Unless we discussed otherwise, please wash your hair tonight with a clarifying shampoo. Skip the heavy masks or oils to ensure your hair is ready for the makeup artist in Dallas.
Dry it Fully: If you are washing your hair the night before, ensure it is 100% dry before you go to sleep. Sleeping on damp hair can create stubborn kinks.
Lip Care: Use a sugar scrub or a damp washcloth to gently exfoliate your lips, then apply a thick lip balm overnight.
Wedding Morning: It’s Glam Time!
The 'Wardrobe Rule': Please wear a button-down shirt, a robe, or a wide-neck top. You don’t want to ruin your perfect hair and makeup by pulling a T-shirt over your head!
Clean Canvas: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. No leftover mascara from the rehearsal dinner, please!
The Setup: We’ll need a workspace near a window (natural light is best!) and close to an electrical outlet, ideal for all your wedding beauty needs.
Eat & Hydrate: It’s a long day! Make sure you and your bridesmaids have snacks and water (and maybe a little bubbly) nearby.
