 To keep things fair for everyone, dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date is officially "locked in" once the signed contract is returned and the non-refundable retainer is paid. 

 While not mandatory, we highly recommend it! A trial is our "first date"—it’s the perfect time to play with styles, test product longevity, and ensure we’re 100% aligned on your vision. No stress, just glam. 

We want you to feel pampered, not rushed. Usually, we allot:

• Bridal Hair & Makeup: 90–120 minutes.
• Bridal Party/Family: 45 minutes per service. We will provide a detailed "Day-of Schedule" so everyone knows exactly when to be in the chair.

 Absolutely! The more the merrier. For parties of [Insert Number, e.g., 6+] or those with a tight "ready-by" time, I can bring in a trusted second artist to ensure everyone looks flawless and stays on schedule. 

• Skin: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Avoid new facials or intense peels at least two weeks before the wedding.
• Hair: "Day-old" hair is a myth! Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless we’ve specifically discussed a "wet-set" style.

 We use professional-grade, high-definition products designed for long wear and sensitive skin. However, if you have a specific "holy grail" product or a known allergy, we are more than happy to use yours to ensure you're comfortable. 

 Yes! Classy Monae Beauty is mobile. We bring the studio to you so you can relax in your robe with a mimosa. Travel fees apply for locations outside of the DFW.
